Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SolarMarketHub. This policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, except where the product is found to be defective (see Section 4).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Products that have been installed or physically modified
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at solarmarkethub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect.
  2. We will assess the claim and, where approved, arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email solarmarkethub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Do not send products back without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be refunded.

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds for payments made via Paystack will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Referral bonuses or wallet credits used toward a purchase are non-refundable as cash; if the associated order is refunded, any wallet amount used will be credited back to your wallet balance.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank first, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us at solarmarkethub@gmail.com.
